The above presentation shows the PDF files for the packaging nets.
The first page shows the outside of the net would be produced with offset lithography. The pdf is scaled to the actual size. This net would be produced in a run of 10,000, also the advantage with offset Litho is that the company can hold on to the plates to produced more boxes later.
The second page show the outline of where the net would need to be cut.
The third page shows where the tear strip dashed lined cut off needs to be all line with the other documents.
The forth page shows where the folds needs to be again all the scale and in place with the documents
The fifth page is the black and spot colour net to be printing by pad onto the glass jar of honey. Five different nets for Five different places.
